The 27-year-old brow specialist Clarissa Stefania started falling in love with makeup at a very young age. Her passion for makeup, photography, and beauty led her to study as a beauty therapist & Makeup Artist in London.
In an exclusive interview with MetDaan, Clarissa Stefania took us through the journey how she made it to where she is now.
“My creativity helped me build my reputation to begin working alongside High Profile Clients & Celebrities in London for many years where I discovered that I loved making people feel good about themselves.”
“I loved creating different shapes while doing their makeup and making their features pop. That’s when I found out that eyebrows can really enhance your features,” Clarissa added for MetDaan.

Anyway, everything changed for the London-based artist when she started studying Micropigmentation in 2015. Micropigmentation is an eyebrow tattoo, but this method involves the application of hundreds of dots to gradually build up the eyebrow rather than filling in the brow solid. This method uses a machine to gradually build up the brow, creating definition and softness for a natural looking eyebrow.
2015 was the time when she was able to create amazing eyebrows shapes permanently.
Clarissa has been in the makeup industry for 10 years now. She’s mostly known for the “Ombre Blush Brow” technique. When we asked her about the procedure, she explained:
“If there’s one trend that’s been taking the makeup industry by storm the past several years, it’s the Ombre eyebrows and shaping them, tinting, penciling, powdering, you name it. But I wanted to develop a technique that could cross over into the permanent makeup industry too.
“The Ombre Blush Brow trademarked in 2018 is known for its soft defined polished look, a trend which is taking the cosmetic by storm. The eyebrows look soft, natural and defined with color density starting stronger and darker around the arch and tails working their way getting softer through the front.”

The best part about doing this job, as claimed by the talented artist is that after getting the brows done, her clients feel confident, glamorous and excited.
Clarissa has also won a Top 3rd Brow Artist of 2017 and Top 2nd Brow Artist of 2018. I guess you are all wondering how much does this life-changing technique cost, right?
“Getting the brows done costs $450 including 2 procedures 8 weeks apart, as minor tweaking and color boosting might be needed on their 2nd procedure. After that, the brows will last 1-3 years with an annual color refresh expected,” the award winner admitted for MetDaan.
