However, if there is one thing you should keep in mind when trying to reach the perfect shape for your brows, is your face shape. This time, we’re going to cover exactly what eyebrow shape is appropriate for a round face, and how to achieve it.
First of all, which is my face shape?
1. Oval face shape: The forehead is wider than the chin, the cheekbones are prominent, and the face gradually narrows towards the chin, research suggests.
2. Square face shape: The forehead, the cheekbones, and the jawline are the same width. The squared jawline is the most prominent feature.
3. Heart face shape: This face shape is somewhat similar to the oval one, but the chin narrows at some point.
4. Round face shape: If your face is as wide as it is long, and it’s the widest at the cheeks, then you have a round face shape.
5. Long face shape: The forehead, cheekbones, and the jawline are the same width. However, the face tapers to a narrow oval chin.
6. Diamond face shape: The face tends to be highly angular, The forehead is somewhat short and the face is widest at the temples.
What’s the best eyebrow shape for round faces?
According to Byrdie, the best brows for a round face are full brows with a sharp, angled arch. These brows give structure to a round face. Also, keep in mind, the farther from your nose the arch is, the wider the face will appear. Celebs like Lily Collins or Selena Gomez have the same face shape. As Style Caster suggests, if you have a round face, you have to make sure your brows are very angular.
Follow these steps to find the shape of your eyebrows:
1. Find the beginning of your brow: For this, you need to get a pencil, place it close to your nostril and hold it parallel. Where the pencil touches the beginning of your brow, that’s where the starting point of your eyebrows is.
2. Find the arch: What you need to do to find your arch is, simply take a pencil and hold it next to your nostril at an appropriate 45-degree angle past the pupil and through your brow. Your arch is just outside of where the pencil hits your brow.
3. Find the ending point: Take the same pencil, place it at the starting point and next to your nostril, afterward, pivot it around the eye while still keeping the other end of the pencil by the nose. Continue until the pencil is sitting at the outside corner of your eye in a straight line. That’s where your eyebrows should end.
