Famous YouTuber Slammed For Heavily Photoshopped Body In Pictures
Every single influencer on Instagram is Photoshop-friendly. They’ve been caught so many times manipulating with their pictures, I don’t even know why they do it anymore. To each their own, I guess.
Tana Mongeau is one of these influencers. She has over three million Instagram followers and has been accused of photoshopping her pics many, many times.
This time, she totally forgot she wasn’t the only one taking pictures, and that there was another camera rolling where the pics went down. Both Mongeau and the other girl in the picture quickly took down their posts, and you know what they say, not everything you delete is really gone.
The picture above is the one the 20-year-old influencer posted on her account. Now scroll down to see the magic happen.
Yup. Hard to believe but that’s actually the same picture.
After the pictures emerged, Mongeau’s fans started “body shaming” people for uploading these, and accused them of photoshopping the pictures. But there was also a video, and they say a video is worth a thousand pictures. Well, not exactly, but you get the point.
Why tf are people photoshopping her pictures? like tf. @tanamongeau pic.twitter.com/6ueOeYinTn

There’s no denying that Mongeau is quite attractive even without photoshop, but manipulating with pictures and videos at this level just sets a bad example. There are many women out there struggling with self-confidence, and we’re not helping them at all with these “perfectly perfect,” clearly, fake images.
Instead of spending a lifetime trying to change ourselves into something we’re not, let’s appreciate and love our bodies just like they are because photoshop for sure won’t lead to lasting self-acceptance.
