Candid Youtuber Reveals Before And After Cosmetic Procedures Look
I love to be loved, am fluent in silence and…
Glossy magazines, Instagram feeds, Tv shows, they all seem to have those beauty standards models who like it or not are inspiring complexes in people. We know that there’s a double play here though: those that go under plastic surgery are perceived as “fake”, whereas those who seem to completely embrace their flaws as “not wanted.”
You can never please everybody and here is someone that is completely honest about her cosmetic procedures she goes through.
Nikkie Tutorials is a well-known Youtuber who is helping people to break the stigma behind plastic surgery. Back in 2015, this Dutch makeup artist posted a video titled “The power of makeup”. The video that was only a few minutes long was watched over 39 million times and helped Nikkie be a “guru” on the beauty vlogging world.
Nikkie posted her first ever YouTube video in 2008, and naturally, her appearance has changed considerably in ten years. She’s 24 years-old now and recently she posted a Throwback on Instagram that many former caterpillars could relate to.
However, unlike other celebrities, she has always been refreshingly open about the surgical and non-surgical procedures she has undergone to look as amazing as she does now. “THANK GOD FOR PUBERTY AND FILLERS,” she wrote in the post with two comparing photos on it.
While in an interview with Fred Van Leer – Dutch television presenter she pointed at her forehead and frown lines and said: “Total honesty… Botox here, here and eyebrows lifted. Also, botox in my jaw because I move my teeth at night. Botox for the bunny lines(pointing to her nose)” thus disclosing everything she has undergone.
Then Nikkie moved into fillers and was completely honest about her lip injections, and simply asserted :”Lips, duh”. “Cheeks, filler because I had a chin like an a**. Under my eyes, filler. The tip of my nose, filler,” she continued.
It’s good that Nikkie is candid about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, after all, it is her right to choose what she wants for herself, as yes, the cosmetic procedures are personal choices and should be done for yourself, not to meet someone else’s expectations or to try to fit an ideal image.
