Her weight loss transformation was the most dramatic one ever seen on reality tv. Mama June Shannon is a new woman after she dropped nearly 300 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. You probably recognize her from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, a reality television series that aired on TLC, featuring Mama June and her daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo”. Now, the mother is reportedly a size 4, looking completely different, but what about her daughter?
Just recently, her daughter revealed she has a boyfriend but thinks that her mama is jealous of the situation. Wait, what?
It turns out that 38-year-old Mama June is having a tough time with her transformation and her relationships with family members. Nowadays, she also has to deal with some jealousy issues.

Apparently, Honey Boo Boo, who is just 11, has a boyfriend!
Reports say that they are pretty serous about each other. At the age of 11, I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, let alone what type of guys I liked, but there you go. This lady knows all about her boyfriend. However, Honey Boo Boo thinks her mother Mama June is jealous about her relationship. YES, you read that right! Is that even possible?
Honey Boo Boo talked about it when Mama June accidentally revealed that her daughter is dating a mystery boy named Justin. What’s more, it looks like Honey Boo Boo herself does not want to talk about it.

Here’s how the conversation went:
“What do you mean, what’s the deal?” she asked the interviewer, turning slowly red. Mama June cracked up beside her, but changed her mood after Honey Boo Boo accused her of being a jealous mom.
“Probably, because her 11-year-old daughter has a boyfriend but she doesn’t,” she said.
“No, I’m not,” Mama June answered.
Honey Boo Boo blushed when she was asked what she liked about her boyfriend.
“You’re going in deep,” she said, avoiding the question. When she finally answered she revealed that it was his personality. Cute!
Mama June also added that she’s pretty worried about the effect her multiple surgeries and her new transformation might have on her kids. Her kids were also a part of the story as they spent time together.
“It was tough on everyone having to watch me go through that,” she said. “Especially on Pumpkin and Alana. And it was hard for me to actually see them and not — and [have] me kind of lose control for a couple times. It’s hard, ’cause I’m a control freak. And when you go in for surgery, you don’t have control over their emotions or your emotions or anything. You kind of just have to give it to them and say, ‘Hey, hopefully, everything works out fine.'”
