Infamous ‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves has opened up about his wishes about a possible sex change when he guested on an Italian talk show. The 34-year-old shared his thoughts on gender reassignment surgery on Barbara D’Urso’s show Domenica Live, admitting he might one day actually become a ‘Barbie’ and saying that his manhood is the only ‘real’ part of him after nearly 60 plastic surgeries and more the 100 aesthetic procedures.
The Brazilian born television personality who claimed he was undergoing gastric bypass last month but has now admitted that he wants to focus on losing weight ‘the natural way’ after being warned off the surgery said being a live human Ken Doll hasn’t been easy as it takes ‘constant maintenance’.
“I am 34 years old now and I have had two hair implants and I’m due to have another one in few weeks, simply because I was not born this way. I made my self this way with nearly 60 plastic surgeries and more the 100 aesthetic procedures,” he revealed.
The most stunning announcement, however, came when Alves stunned host D’Urso and the audience saying: “One day when I’m older I may have a sex change and became a Barbie.”
He also added, “In life, we have the power to be what we want to be.”
Rodrigo admitted his genitals are the only ‘real’ part of him left and revealed that he has no plans to slow down with the procedures, with hair transplant and mandibular implants penciled in for the weeks ahead.
The socialite has already undergone 60 cosmetic surgeries and over 100 aesthetic procedures in his pursuit of Ken Doll-like perfection.

Rodrigo, who came to the show fresh off a two-hour cardio and weights session in the gym, also wanted to use the opportunity to speak seriously about the person he is inside, beneath the extreme image:
“Personally, when people look at me they are shocked at my appearance, but I am far more than what you see, the image I transmit, I have blood flowing to my heart and I have a brain and breath. I’m more human than I can imagine.”
