At exactly what point does one think that it’s time to get one’s ribs removed in order to look “prettier”?
Imagine yourself lying in a hospital bed, in the worst pains ever, and why? Because you want to look thinner. You’re probably shaking you’re head in disbelief and saying ‘NOPE’ right now, but this has happened before, and not only once.
But this time, we’re talking about a model, Swedish-born Pixee Fox, who’s undergone a 100 surgeries, and STILL ISN’T DONE WITH THEM. She says she got her inspiration from Holli Wood from “Cool World” and Jessica Rabbit from “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”, which is obvious, and deliberately exaggerates the female form.
“I am dedicating my life to creating my own fairy tale. I see my body as a work of art, my life as a science project, and the world as my gallery,” she said. And when asked why, she says it’s the question that most people ask her.
“Most people will never understand, because they are not me. Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.”
