Puppies are cute, but some of them become the smartest ones who track the most dangerous criminals. And their sense of smell is what makes them that good to help the police. Do you ever imagine what these puppies look like before they get trained? Meet Lucky Star, Schumann, Feida, Brother, AJ and Full Moon. They are the newest most adorable dog baby additions to Taiwan’s Police K-9 units. One-month-old Labrador puppies are totally unaware of what they are going to become, and they are just lovely to look at!
These cuddly puppies are about to start their training.
They will eventually have a serious role in the NPA’S K-9 Anti Bomb And Drug force and Blood Detection units based in Taipei.
Dogs who will fight crime and save the day.
But they were not chosen randomly.
Working for the police is in their blood. Both of their parents are sniffing dogs.
“The puppies’ mom, named Yellow, is in the K-9 unit… the department that [deals with] anti drug and anti-bomb [issues],” a spokesperson from the NPA told Mashable.
While the police are hoping that they will have a successful training, the one-month-old puppies are more into sleeping and eating now.
Labrador ‘Lucky Star’
The tiny Labrador Fushin met the public for the first time on June 8. It became ‘the cutest police dog’ ever since. Taiwan media published the photos and people fell in love with it.
Fushin’s name means ‘a lucky star’. He and his five siblings, Schuman, Federica, Eagle, AJ and Sunny, were born on May 9.
“Sometimes, [Lucky Star] would fall asleep while eating, and then he would wake up suddenly and carry on eating like nothing happened. How could people not love something as cute as that?” asks Captain Pan from Taiwan’s Police.
“We hope that in the future the puppies can be like their mother Yellow, that they can pass through training successfully and enter the police force,” the NPA said in a post on Facebook.”
