A 2015 study, distributed in the Clinical, helps to confirm the conviction that drinking a lot of water does wonder for the skin.  Researchers conducted a controlled experiment, where they divided 49 healthy females into two groups. The first group drank at least 5.2 liters of water a day while the other group drank less than 3.2 liters. It concluded that the women who drank more water definitely had a more hydrated, glowing skin.

In 2011, Christina Aguilera, 36, disclosed to People magazine that she takes pride in dozing for at least eight hours, which is the amount of sleep that the Center for Disease Control and Preventions recommends.
