Lately the amount of sleep in both women and men has been lower than usual. From 7-8 hours to 6-7 hours a night. Okay, that might not sound like a big difference but it can make some changes in your body which needs it’s rest time.
Your body works really hard during the day to keep up with the demands of your brain so in the evening it needs to rest and recharge. If you don’t get enough sleep then the next day you will suffer. People try to make that up with coffee but it is only temporary as the effects don’t tend to last long and there is no substitute for a good night’s sleep.
