The legend goes that Ernest Hemingway invented mojito. The big writer, boxer and bullfighter reportedly mixed up the first mojito in the famous La Bodeguita del Medio bar in Havana, Cuba. There’s even an inscription on its wall saying “My mojito in La Bodeguita, My daiquiri in El Floridita“.
