The mother of two, soon to be three, Kim Kardashian West, speaking in a video that went on her app, revealed how her older daughter North is still jealous of her little brother Saint.
The 36-year-old spoke of how her four-year-old daughter North still has to warm up to her 22-month-old brother. The reality television star who has recently revealed she and her husband, rapper Kanye West are expecting their third child via surrogate claimed North is not being harmful to her brother, she just doesn’t want boys in her room.
In the new video features the Kardashians’ grandmother, 83-year-old Mary Jo “MJ” Shannon, Kim said:
“Obviously North loves Saint, she just is still jealous. She needs to still get it together and warm up and be a little bit nicer, but I think she’s getting there. I saw glimmers of hope a week ago. She’s not harmful, she’s not hurting him or anything. She just doesn’t want boys in her room.”
The video follows up on an interview she did in August where she claimed that she sometimes finds it hard to deal with the two young children when they just don’t get along.
“I don’t know if it’s because she’s the older sister. I don’t know what it is. I thought it was a phase. She does not like her brother and it’s so hard for me. She would get so jealous when I would breastfeed and all that kind of stuff. And now, the phase isn’t going away,” Kim said at the time.
Kim and Kanye West are expecting their third child together. Because of the complications the 36-year-old suffered during her previous pregnancy, the famous couple decided to have this baby via surrogate.
Her family, including Kris Jenner, Khloe and Kourtney, Rob and half sisters Kendall and Kylie are said to be very happy about the news.
A source said: “They’re focusing on the babies. Everyone is genuinely happy about what’s happening.”
