The Fitness Blogger Shares On Instagram How Misleading The Kardashians’ Photos Can Be

kardashians

When reality TV star, Kim Kardashian said once that she “wanted a flat ass”, Scott Disick was right when he said that they’d all be left without careers. And we know that the Kardashians are famous because of their butts in the first place. We often make up different theories about what they have in here. Injections, pads or magic?

Selfies are becoming science. The reality star and mom-of-two  Kim Kardashian admitted that she snapped 6,000 selfies during her four-day stay in the Mexican resort of Punta Mita last year.  That works out at a staggering 1,500 photos a day.

The 20-year-old Sara Puhto, from Finland made a pretty clear explanation on Instagram why the Kardashians’ butts look that good.

But first, the inspiration for her post:

She posted the picture below and told the whole world:

“In a world where Kardashians booties are so glorified, we need to remember that the photos we see of them and others aren’t always reality…Their butts can’t ALWAYS look that big from every angle Same goes with photos on Instagram, we see them as goals and think we’ll never be able to gain that much muscle or lose that much fat, but what you need to remember is that those photos you see are achievable, you can get to your goals, you can achieve anything with the right amount of determination, patience and effort! Don’t think you can’t because you’re comparing a posed photo of a body to your everyday body.”

Not a progress photo Since its #humpday I thought it would be appropriate to post a booty pic I thought I’d show my booty from its normal straight leg standing position vs a posed booty pop position cause in a world where the Kardashian’s bootys are so glorified, we need to remember that the photos we see of them and others aren’t always reality. Their butts can’t ALWAYS look that big from every angle Same goes with photos on Instagram, we see them as goals and think we’ll never be able to gain that much muscle or lose that much fat, but what you need to remember is that those photos you see are achievable, you can get to your goals, you can achieve anything with the right amount of determination, patience and effort! Don’t think you can’t because you’re comparing a posed photo of a body to your everyday body. Use them as motivation but don’t get too caught up on them. YOU are beautiful and can do anything you put your mind to. I hope you have an amazing day☀️

Sara illustrated how badly we can perceive a body on a before photo:

Standing up vs sitting down I’ve used to hate having fat rolls and always thought they’d go away completely if I exercised and got less fat on my tummy. But recently I’ve realised they’re not a thing that’s gonna go away, and I’m so fine with that! Yes I could eat healthy 24/7 and workout in a way that would get rid of it. But what’s the point? I love the way I eat and train now, so what’s the point of changing what makes me happy to get rid of some extra fat? It’s just rolls of skin with fat and I NEED that little layer! It would be unrealistic if I had 0% body fat on my body! So I just wanted to share what my body looks like when I sit down to show that I also got these rolls, muffin top (whatever you wanna call it ) and I’m not afraid to hide them Hope you all have a lovely day today, and happy #friyay ☀️

But this is not the only time the fitness blogger shared real photos on Instagram. Last week she posted a side-by-side of herself with a relaxed tummy and one where she’s flexing. Just to show how often it takes a lot of shots to get the best fitness picture.

Do you want to still be keeping up with the Kardashians?
