Ah, chocolate. That wondrous food creation that everyone, male or female, young or old craves. Especially when it’s in the form of truffles.
Now, you don’t need a diploma in food & nutrition to know that chocolate isn’t exactly good for you.
Except, that’s not entirely accurate.
Dark chocolate (chocolate with a high cocoa amount) features phytochemicals, which can act as antioxidants, improving your health.
And, FYI, chocolate contains magnesium, which is good for you. However, as we all know, the chocolate products we know and love also contain a lot of fat and sugar, and that is not good for you.
There are at least a million different recipes that feature chocolate in some form, including a few savory recipes. Yes, really.
