The Kardashians are involved in yet another scandal – it seems like the infamous reality television family thrives on these because you can read about a new one almost every single day. Just two weeks ago, 30-year-old Rob Kardashian sued his ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, 29, with whom she has a daughter, Dream, for physically attacking him. Now, Blac Chyna is suing the family back, claiming they destroyed her brand and subjected her to verbal and physical abuse. Now, this is an endless debate!
After dating for merely ten weeks, Rob asked Chyna to marry him back in April 2016. In mid-November 2016, their daughter Dream was born. After their on-and-off relationship, they finally split up and have been in the media ever since.
Just two weeks ago, Kylie Jenner and Rob Kardashian sued Black Chyna for allegedly trying to strangle Rob with an iPhone cord. Now, there has been legal retaliation.
Chyna’s complaint says that: “Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Chyna’s birth name], the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”
It is interesting to note that the lawsuit names all members of the Kardashian family, from Kim to Kylie.
If you are looking for a substantive part of the lawsuit, it’s a part where Chyna alleges that Rob stopped her from calling her ex, Tyga. He “immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees.”
However, Rob and Kylie allege that Chyna lied about the entire encounter. They claim that Chyna was in fact on cocaine and alcohol all night long and assaulted Rob when he confronted her bout the drug abuse. Two different stories, indeed.
The lawsuit reads:
“Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch—without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable.”
Lisa Bloom will be representing Blac Chyna, and Bloom was also set to represent Harvey Weinstein, but dropped out of his legal counsel due to public pressure.
Bloom said Blac Chyna will seek damages for not only the loss of her reality TV series, but the endorsements that would have gone with it. As a matter of fact, she says her client has lost out on “many many millions” of dollars.
