Blood in your mouth can be the result of not taking proper care of the cavity, teeth, and gums. Another possible cause is vitamin C deficiency.
Oral hygiene can go a long way in counteracting this, but you could consider adding kale, red peppers, and other sources of vitamin C to your diet.
5. Lack of sleep
Lack of sleep can have a very detrimental impact on your health. People who suffer from insomnia generally owe it to stress. Apart from stress, other causes for insomnia can be mineral (especially magnesium) and vitamin deficiency.
To combat insomnia try performing relaxing activities and consuming magnesium-rich food.

8. Pains and aches
The brain is not the only part of your body deteriorating with time. Your muscles and bones will weaken as well. You will start experiencing pain when you sit down, or stiffness when you wake up.
To prevent this, you need to take good care of your body. Exercise daily and follow a healthy diet. Exercise will make your muscles more flexible and your joints stronger. The minerals and vitamins will help lessen the pain experienced during physical exercise.
