First of all, you need to moisturize your lips. You can use a light coat of Vaseline after you start putting on your makeup. Next, draw an X on your upper lip with your pencil liner. Use that X as a guide, and apply your lipstick. Finally, work your way from the middle towards the outside to get the perfect finish. To make the lipstick last even longer, pat the lips lightly with some baby powder. Then, apply another thin lipstick layer over it.
